Description
For my proposed changes, I added an overhang to roof to improve energy effifiency and shade the winters during warm summers but let the sun in during cool winters. I also changes the walls on level 1 that were EIFS to CMU brick to match the walls on level 3. Finally, I added windows to level 1 to bring in natural light to the rooms.
