I sketched a general idea in my book but then ended up with something completely different as I was playing around in Dynamo. I really like the wrap around effect of the curve and the archway opening on the bottom. I imagine that this would cast some really cool shadows throughout the day. It reminds me of a deconstructed mesh that’s used to stop bruising on Asian pairs at the supermarket :)
Majority of the parameters here are changeable, from the points made to define the archway to the length of the third line in the overlying surface curvature. I tried to make everything as dynamic as possible so that there would be lots of cool potential designs to play with.
Note: I’m auditing the class so only completed the 2 Unit portion of the assignment!
