Describe the features that you feel make the spaces great using:

  • Text, images, weblinks...
  • Whatever media works best for you!
  1. SF MOMA
    • Seating. Like a lot of museums it is a blank canvas for the art to be admired in. I like to admire art when sitting and the SFMOMA provides a lot of seating spaces that are unique.
    • The art within the museum was amazing. It was curated beautifully and the rooms and space was adaptable to the needs of the artist. This was hands on interaction with the work itself.

  2. Wadsworth Atheneum Museum of Art
    • Unexpected. Unassuming. The museum from the outside looks like a beige modern medieval castle, but once you step into the gallery rooms it changes. There is so much natural lighting and color. It has a comfortable feeling compared to the rigid exterior.

    • Maximized Wall Space. Unlike the SF MOMA where each artwork got to shine on its own because it had the adequate space to. Multiple pieces of work are jammed together on one wall. It feels overwhelming and in your face.
