What did you observe and note as you watched users interact with your prototypes?
- Users wanted it to be easy to use and comfortable, having the chair should be convenient
- Everyone wanted it to be customizable.
What feedback did your users share after the testing?
What feedback did your users share after they've had a chance to interact with and explore your prototypes?
- Have backpack straps instead of wood hold
- Have a dryfit finish to avoid sweat
- Should be transportable and light weight
- The table for phone should be an add on, with a rolable table inside
- Divergent ideas about how to fold the bag… either inwards or outwards
- recycled plastic finish outside to make it washable
- Make it modular
