Module 3

The main goal of this house is to allow the different elevations to divide the activity levels. The lower floor is simply the garage, a bathroom, storage and a place for overnight guests to stay but also for residents to read a book in peace. The upper floors have large rooms with beautiful views thanks to the curtain walls. The living space is an open floor plan so families can cook and enjoy time together. Not too far from the living space, there is a terrace that overlooks the backyard area. The backyard area alone has seating, plants and a fireplace to provide coziness among the hills.
