This is the Sky Church, an exhibition space within the MoPOP in Seattle, WA. One of the most appealing aspects of this exhibition space is the lighting features. Along with this Movie theatre-like Screen dislplaying stunning imagery paired with high quality surround sound audio capabilities, the large open space adds novelty to a familiar experience of movie watching making it feel like a music concert.
This is a photo from inside the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation: Discovery Center (which just so happens to be across the street from the MoPOP. The design that makes this exhibition space great to me is the variety in which people are able to engage with the space. Interactive Screens, videos, fact charts, etc. it allows for a diverse range of people to engage in their own/preferred ways.
