- What is something you like about your house that is a bit old?
Something he likes about his house is that it is sturdy and strong. He believes older houses were built with better material and were constructed in a better way.
- What about the stuff you don't like about your old house?
He blames everything that he dislikes in his house due to old age the house. He gives examples of water pipes that sometimes burst or the electric shortages that occur throughout the house. In addition, he says that upgrading his house interiorly is hard and that finding upgrades is tricky.
- You do know that houses built with the new regulations are more resilient?
He says that even though they are built to adhere to the new regulations that are related to earthquakes or other natural disasters but he feels that they have many other flaws such as being too small or being built using cheaper materials to increase the construction companies' profits. Also, he believes that his house can withstand natural disasters in a better way than new houses.
