He thinks it is inevitable for the automotive industry to make a shift in their product portfolio towards hybrid or even fully electric vehicles. He told about many companies that have implemented it into their core strategy, because the demand of customers is huge in this area.
He totally agreed! He explained to have the option for a new car right now (sponsored by the company) and can choose from a wide range of plug-ins. Since he is a great fan of Tesla, he kind of already know that it will be the model 3.
The charging matter turns out to be the largest obstacle for him. He is currently living in an appartment where he could not charge the car in a relaxed way in front of his house. There are only two charging stations nearby that he can reach by foot without spending too much time and from what he has witnessed, these are mostly occupied when he is coming back from work. So he truly hopes there will be a way to recharge the vehicle at his company or to find another way — but in any case, this won't change his decision in favor of a Tesla model.
