Testing Priorities

What product features will be most helpful to get feedback on?

  • Organizational Plate — to find out of people want to organize their own tools and put in the work or have a more automatic process.
  • Sanitation Method — to gaige perceived patient security
  • Sanitation Check — to see if people see this as a useful and necessary step
  • Packaging System — to see if people want to do this manually or within the machine, or if they think it is too complex

Testing Strategy

What is the best way for us to get useful feedback for each of these features? What does a useful feedback look like?

Organization Plate — how they feel about using the plate (ex: I like this method it seems useful vs it seem like too much of a hassle)

Sanitation Chamber- ask how safe this seems to the average patient (H2O2 cleaning). Do they find the design inviting or intimidating?

Sanitation Check- is this mode of sanitation satisfactory and can it be checked thoroughly. Does the patient or doctor feel like it needs to be changed or improved
