Key Findings from the Interview

• A few services that my cousin observes in his everyday life are those that are pretty standard: trash pickup, cell phone data renewal etc.
• One interesting concept that he brought up was the services that are exclusive to the college experience- dining plans, laundry services, included recreation memberships, etc.
• As far as sustainability goes, he recognizes that things like waste removal are not as effective as they could be, but he considers that an unavoidable evil.
