Testing Priorities

What service or app features will be most helpful to get feedback on?

  • Data Center (shows the composition of the energy grid, your current energy consumption, if you are charging you battery, your current carbon avoidance) - Seeing if the interface created has too much, too little, or just enough information.
  • Information Center (articles and information about what is sustainable energy, benefits of using the app, and comparing different user options)
  • Setup assistance- information about how to install and repair your battery.
  • Community forums- interact and compare your savings with others.
  • Settings- customize charging rates, subscription settings, and app layout

Testing Strategy

What is the best way for us to get useful feedback for each of these features? What does a useful feedback look like?

Data Center - Ask them what each graph/statistic represents (if correct no change if incorrect change layout)

Information Center - are the comparisons helpful to them to choose a viable plan and understand what sustainable energy is
