“Apple Payments-- I use it for convenience, it is quick and I don’t have to dig in my purse to look for my wallet”

Why do you use this app? Do you find it easy to use?

“It makes my life easy because I don’t have to carry the card because the phone is always with me so even if I forget card I have my phone to pay”

“Convenience and my forgetfulness”

What do the services or apps do very well?

“You can have multiple cards on it, multiple coupons so you don’t have to carry everything”

What don't they do very well that you'd like to improve?

“Apart from payment it should include things like license and passport so it’s even easier”

Do you use any sustainability related apps? If so, what are they?

“Apple wallet is sustainable because I am not using the plastic used by people to make the cards and instead making it digital”
