For this module, I decided to go with my third proposal from the Forma studies. Below is the layout I sketched. This was the starting point that I then used in the Revit model. I did my best to include all the necessary extra components like restrooms, stairs, elevators, and utility shafts.
With this layout, the space budget is as follows:
Lobby: 4500 sf
Cafe: 1000 sf
Gift Shop: 1000 sf
Utility (x3): 1350 sf
Restroom (x3): 1200 sf - I need to add one on the ground floor, this is in the Revit model
Exhibition (x3): 2650 sf
Kids Zone: 1875 sf
Balcony: 2500 sf
Office (x4): 2000 sf
Conference (x2): 1050 sf
Seminar (x3): 2400 sf
Total: 21525 sf (~9000 sf of corridors, elevators, shafts, stairs)
Below are screenshots of each floor in the Revit model. The exact room layout changed a little from the initial sketches. Although I am only in for 2 units, I included some of the cores, circulation spaces, and utility spaces since it was part of my initial layout sketch.
The model is very rough, and things are not dimensioned super precisely. This is something that will be refined in future models, as well as modifying the circulation paths/door locations.
