Description
My model is meant to be a cozier space that will contrast nicely with the building next door. There are both open space areas and closed areas for privacy when needed. There are two cafes…one in each floor. Additionally, the outdoor patio on the second floor can be accessed from the indoors and the outside. The flat roof is meant to potential house solar panels (with stands) in the future. Consider the building is on the north side of the other building, I made sure windows would maximize how much sunlight the building gets throughout the day!
