As a patient, she would love to have easier access to healthcare services. Don’t want to commute to a hospital if it isn’t necessary.
As a doctor, she thinks AI still can’t replace real doctors in many aspects such as how patients look and how would they describe themselves. Also, many vital signs need to be done by using devices at hospitals.
There are a lot of these kinds of needs in the rural hospital in Thailand. Much larger demands than a private hospital in big cities.
With some small changes in technology development, doctors’ and patients’ experiences at hospitals can be hugely improved. No need to be so high-technology AI or any futuristic concept, just re-organize the process and bring in some basic digital transformation.
