Description

Because my design featured three separate structures, all of which had quite twisting forms, most of the beam system work had to be designed level by level. The cantilevers posed quite a challenge in creating a column structure that was sturdy yet was sticking out of the form. I was able to create a column and beam system more or less based on a grid. I placed structural footings at the bottoms of the columns and structural walls (around shafts). All floors are structural, and the floors upon the grade feature foundation slabs.
