Fourth of July Planning
Jolene’s idea: watch fireworks over the lake – for people who like scenery, and campfire for bonding activities as a summer visitor
Albert’s idea: summer heat is dry, how to get things wet? – fountain hopping tradition, towels, sunscreen, sprinklers, slip & slide (competition, fun & embarrassing which makes it fun)
Ale’s idea: incorporate both – water balloon fight over the lake; barbecue with burgers & other classic American food on top of s’mores; refreshing watermelon juice with blueberries (for the 4th of July patriotic spirit) / beer; speakers; canopy for the day; sparklers, cooler for waters, snacks
Mill: frozen food, ice cream trucks, ice cream sandwiches, guest lists, campfire restrictions, transportation
