Description
This modern workspace is broken into three distinct wings. The front, smallest portion of the building is the “Welcome Wing” that will house the lobby and meeting/conference rooms for guests. The left portion of the building will be the “Workspace Wing” that will house all the offices, cubicles, and some collaborative work spaces. The right portion will be the “Wellness Wing” that will include a gym, daycare, locker rooms, cafe, and some more collaborative/social spaces. The footprint of the structure is quite basic, with three main rectangular boxes joined together and a patio area behind the building between the big wings. However, as the height increases, so does the complexity, as the workspace and wellness wings both incorporate twisting curtain wall systems. This twist is also incorporated on the edges of the welcome wing to add an accent at ground level.
