Create an Elevator from Level L1 to Level L4 at the shaft location on Level 1:
• Import an Electric Elevator component as needed and place it in the shaft.
• Add 6" concrete walls around all sides of the shaft.
• Import an Elevator Door component as needed and place it in the wall on the south side of the shaft.
