Description
This Field Research Building design includes several sustainable features, including large, south-facing windows to maximize natural light. Moreover, the extended roof overhang on the southern side of the structure allows for some shading during peak sunlight hours, particularly important during the warmer months.
The building is made of four main rooms. The main lab area measures 300 sq ft lab and is fit with desks, sink, and space for lab equipment. It also features a small, 66 sq ft huddle room for collaborative work, both the lab and huddle room are equipped with whiteboards. The site also features an 81 sq ft storage room and a 52 sq ft ADA-compliant restroom.
