Description

I designed a new “wing” to the existing building where there are three levels plus a roof top garden. The new building is accessible from the existing building via wide corridors, and the exterior building material remains consistent as the existing building such that the exterior facade is more coordinated. In the new building, I tried to maximize sunlight in all floors with curtain walls where it makes sense. There are plenty of open concept workspaces, workrooms, cafe/dining area, student maker and gallery space as well as a garden roof top where students can gather and socialize / work / study. The cafe/dining area opens out to the green lawn outside.
