I’m a senior studying MS&E with an interest in commercial real estate. My previous work experience has been on the finance/investing side, particularly development, and also a little bit in the PropTech space, where I got a little bit of exposure to some cool technologies for the built environment. With this course, I’m hoping to gain exposure beyond finance side by learning more about the actual construction process (e.g., design, logistics of scheduling, and how it actually comes all together on the ground).
