Grace de la Torre

Hi, my name is Grace de la Torre from Tampa, FL!

I am senior in Civil Engineering with a focus on Energy / MEP and I have industry experience in Land Development and project management at Kimley-Horn and am set to join as an analyst in the fall of 2027 post graduation. My experience is in large scale multi-family and working in older, downtown areas with lots of conflicts. I also have extensive experience in Civil 3D and am excited to learn Revit to work alongside MEP in industry.

I am interested in this course to finally take a class that is rooted in construction and project management, which is what I plan to do for my career. My goals are to get more experience to take with me post grad.

I also am on the Women’s Rowing team here at Stanford as well as have worked in the School of Sustainability as a Sustainable Community Intern for AY 2025-2026 and this AY 2026-2027.
