Hi everyone, I am a coterm in the SEM (Structural Engineering and Mechanics) program, and this is my final quarter at Stanford. My plans for next year once I leave Stanford is to join industry and become a practicing structural engineer.
The above picture is from the CEE Undergraduate Capstone, which was my first real experience in the whole design process for buildings. Outside of that, I have also worked as a structural engineering intern in Berlin, Germany and New York City!
I’ve been wanting to do this class for years now and am finally getting the chance to. I firstly think this class will be a great opportunity for testing/building my creativity. Moreover, I do in general consider learning Revit an integral part of the path towards my long-term career goals, as I hope to work in a company that will encourage and facilitate a lot of inter-disciplinary collaboration
