• Measure:  Percentage of grid supplied energy
• Targets:
• Minimum - 80% of energy consumed produced onsite
• Target - 100% of energy consumed produced onsite
• Strategies:
• Passive solar design
• Maximize daylighting
• Natural ventilation - minimize HVAC system size
• Solar PV
• Battery storage

Goal 2: Reduce Water Use

• Measure:  Water Use Intensity (WUI)
• Targets:
• Minimum - 60% WUI reduction compared to average benchmark
• Target - 80% WUI reduction compared to average benchmark
• Strategies:
• Low-flow fixtures
• Rainwater capture
• Graywater capture
• Natural landscaping

Goal 3: Maximize Human Experience

• Measure:  Well v2 Building Standard
• Targets:
• Minimum - Bronze
• Target - Gold
• Strategies:
• Use healthy, natural materials
• Provide kitchen/dining areas that supply local produce
• Create spaces that focus on mental health and community engagement
• Prioritize green spaces to ensure a connection with nature
