The UK government recently mandated that all government buildings should fly the Union Jack, prompting accusations of blatant nationalism and even jingoism. As a satirical reaction to this decision, I present here a proposal for a building with the UK flag actually constituting its facade...

Moreover, since the UK government is also known to prioritize the interests of England (represented in the Union Jack as the red cross of St. George) over those of Scotland (by the blue triangles), it would only be logical for the red panels to stand higher, more proudly displayed, than the blue ones:
