MS Structural Engineering and Mechanics
Hi there, my name is Braden Tarrago, and I’m a first year MS student in the Structural Engineering and Mechanics program. I am from Seattle, WA and got my BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Washington. I played lacrosse while at UW and still enjoy playing sports and exercising. I am excited for this course as I have previously learned some optimization strategies in other courses, but I am excited to expand upon my knowledge, especially when it comes to optimization algorithms. I am also excited to learn how to use tools like Grasshopper, as these tools are great to have in your skillset when working in the built environments industry.
