The metrics I chose were building cost because it is one of the most important factors people keep in mind when designing their building and facade ratio which is a performance metric used to minimize the surface area of the building for the amount of square footage.

Point to Ponder: Yes, Facade ratio and total cost are very important evaluation metrics. By showing cost, an owner/developer can clearly understand how much money they have to pay for each of the different iterations, but they might not understand that the cheapest building also has the worst performance in terms of the facade ratio which means it has the worst performance of floor area to surface area for its twist angle. These show that there are some trade offs between different performance metrics. Some other useful potential metrics could be: Average sun exposure, cost per floor, cost per square foot, volume efficiency.
