Module 3 - Give Me Shelter
Link to Student

This is a parametric shelter/roof system built in Dynamo with a wavy roof surface generated from a curve-based loft. The model is controlled by five main inputs: overall length, height, depth, wave amplitude, and rib spacing. These parameters allow the structure to scale and adapt to different shelter conditions while maintaining a consistent design logic. The roof form is driven by controlled geometric deformation rather than fixed geometry, enabling flexible variation in all directions. The system remains stable and responsive across all slider ranges without breaking or losing continuity. Rib subdivision is included to demonstrate modular structural spacing within the overall canopy system.
