M.S. Structural Engineering
Hi! My name is Ryan Fruehwirth and I’m a M.S. Structural Engineering student. Prior to Stanford, I studied civil engineering at the University of Virginia and then worked for three years as a civil engineer in Washington, D.C. In CEE 280 - Advanced Structural Analysis, we were introduced to parametric optimization for a few lectures and I found the concept really interesting. I’m excited to apply some of these principles (and learn additional ones) to programs that will be used in practice.
