Key Findings from the Interview

• The word "sustainability" means little to her, although she notes that recently she has become more aware of the importance of sustainable fashion due to social media.
• Even though she has access to useful information and resources, preferring sustainable practices is not a part of her daily life. She is aware that she might be causing a negative impact to the environment because of this.
• She believes that consumerism is a big issue, and that the market is designed to lead consumers into buying more and more products.
• She thinks that impact on an individual level is not possible unless everyone takes action. Unless big companies change their ways, progress can only be achieved on a small scale.
