Use the Draw Balcony tool to create a balcony along a façade wall.
Workflow
- Choose the Floor level to be modified in the Floor Plan menu.
- Select the desired properties in the Draw Balcony palette.
- Draw along the façade to define the balcony extent.
- The balcony will follow the line you define along the exterior wall.
- For a corner balcony, click on the corner to add an additional point before continuing the sweep.
- Finish the drawing with a final left-click.
Editing an Existing Balcony
- Select the balcony to be modified in the canvas.
- Change the balcony Depth, Railing Height, or Railing type in the Balconies properties palette.
- Change the balcony Length by dragging one of the endpoints in the canvas.
