Creating Single or Row Houses

Place multiple houses along a line to quickly generate row houses or repeated residential units
Place single houses individually for more precise positioning and orientation
Adjust alignment, spacing, and orientation directly within the layout

Switch between house types and update multiple units at once
You can customize house types — controlling the size, shape, parcel dimensions, and switch between different housing types within one proposal.

Houses can be released from the line for individual editing and greater design control (This cannot be undone.)

When you create a row of Houses, you can adjust the House type or alignment.

Select the houses.

Modify alignment.
Change the buffer for the road — to define setbacks and spatial relationships between the housing and public circulation areas.
Or release to single houses — when individual adjustments are needed later.

Select a standard house type from the available template.

Or, create a new custom house type.

You can create multiple house types. They are saved in your house templates.

To place different house types next to each other, you can:

Release the housing line into individual houses for separate editing by click the unlock icon.
Or, switch to the Place Singles mode (versus Multiple on Line) to position and edit each house individually.
