Proposal Layers Affect Only the Proposal
- The proposal layers appear at the top of the Layers menu.
- Proposal layers list all the elements that exist within the currently selected proposal
- Elements that appear here typically include buildings, roads, railroads, constraints, etc. that you have placed into your proposal.
- You can lock layers from being editable by clicking the lock icon and change their visibility with the eye icon.
