- Bad for the environment
- Private transport is inefficient and more energy consuming
- Public transport in India isn’t very reliable or efficient
How should those concerns be addressed?
- Energy efficient cars (hybrids, electrics) but the problem is the lack of robust infrastructure for electric vehicles

- Buses: Better buses (better maintained, larger amount to handle the population)
