Goal 1: Maximizing Utilization of Renewable Energy and Resources
- Measure: Percentage of renewable energy used
- Targets:
- Minimally acceptable value: 50%
- Desired/target value: 80%
- Strategies:
- Implement a large-scale solar power station on the roof, designed to maximize solar energy generation
- Utilize Building-Integrated Photovoltaic (BIPV) Design, make solar panels as an integral part of the building's architectural elements, including facades and windows
- Design the building to utilize natural airflow and sunlight, reducing the energy need for artificial lighting and air ventilation
- Implement systems to collect and reuse rainwater for landscaping and non-potable water uses, reducing the demand on external water supplies.

Goal 2: Enhancing Visitor Engagement and Integration with Surrounding Environment
- Measure: Green space ratio and building's ecological footprint
- Targets:
- Minimally acceptable value: Green space ratio of 30%
- Desired/target value: Green space ratio of 50%
- Strategies:
- Design of solar panel greenhouses extending outward to expand green space
- Integrate green roofs and living walls to increase biodiversity and reduce the heat
- Incorporate gardens on different levels of the building to create a vertical green landscape.
Goal 3: Sustainable Material Usage
- Measure: Percentage of sustainable materials used in the overall construction and interior fit-out
- Targets:
- Minimally Acceptable Value: 50% sustainable materials
- Desired/Target Value: 75% sustainable materials
- Strategies:
- To reduce the carbon footprint associated with transportation, source building materials from local manufacturers and suppliers. This also supports the local economy
- Utilizing and Incorporating materials that have been recycled or are easily recyclable
- Use materials that comply with green building certifications like LEED, ensuring that the materials meet certain environmental and sustainability standards.
