Point of View Statement

Aria needs a way for people in her compound to be more aware of separating their trash, because she hopes her living environment is clean and people would stop relying on government workers.

Minimum Viable Product

Our product is a cafe that simulates an eco-concious community within a compound

The simplest version of this product that delivers value and meets the challenges of this POV statement will have these essential features:

  • Promote an eco-concious lifestyle through demonstration, for example:
    • By labeling the cups with the color of the correct bin that the user should throw into
    • Composting the coffee grind to create an eco-friendly garden
      • Can be a strategy to promote users to be more environmentally friendly because their coffee help build the small garden around the coffee shop, and would eventually expand to the entirety of the compounds
  • Encourage costumers to pursue an eco-concious life through raising awareness
    • Or simply help them understand the consequences of not being eco-concious, such as:
      • Labeling the consequences of not throwing the cup into the correct trash bin
  • Help users reflect on their current actions, and hopefully make a change.
