What did you observe?
What did you observe and note as you watched users interact with your prototypes?
- People had an easy time handling the interface!
- Testers were a bit confused as to the exact purpose of some of the buttons,
- it normally took people two attempts, but after the second attempt it became obvious to users what they were supposed to do and how it would help them
What feedback did your users share after the testing?
What feedback did your users share after they've had a chance to interact with and explore your prototypes?
- Most feedback was positive, however many people said it was unlikely they would download this app as they did not specifically need it enough to get over the hump of downloading and using something new.
- There may need to be more of a value add to get users to begin to use this system
- Additionally, people said they would be much more likely to use this if it was implemented on top of an existing system (a maps, g maps, waze, etc).
