Larry the landscaper took up a summer job taking care of the plants on the Stanford campus. He has spent most of his life helping out with the yard work at home. He is a high school student living in the bay area. He really loves summer, but he is not a morning person. Larry enjoys swimming and he is pretty athletic. In his free time Larry likes to read or just scroll on his phone. He hopes to spend a lot of time hanging out with his friends this summer. He also hopes to go to the movies a couple times as he now has some spending money.
Phoebe the planter has recently graduated and moved into a place where she has access to a yard for the first time. She wants to start a garden but she has never had one. Phoebe is a little intimidated by starting a garden. She has not always had a green thumb, and she has only more recently gotten into house plants. Phoebe also wants to start looking for a dog to adopt, because she has always loved animals. She loves nature and flowers. She is always going on hikes or walks around the neighborhood. Phoebe also loves to go to farmers markets and she eats a pretty balanced diet, staying on top of her health.
Gabriella the gardener is very busy. She is a mom of 2 younger children. She works in finance, and has to start early in the morning. She has had a small backyard garden for a couple years. She enjoys tending to it, but she does not have much time to keep up with its care. Her garden has been productive, but she wishes she was better at taking care of it and was able to expand it. She enjoys cooking, especially when she can use vegetables and herbs she grows in her garden. Gabriella feels like she is constantly running around, getting her kids to all of their activities and sports. When she has some free time she enjoys puzzles and reading. Gabriella is also very active, trying to keep in shape.
