Planning to Iterate
- Was the feedback consistent?
- Generally yes, seems as a consumer product there isn’t a lot of need or demand for something like this — maybe I pivot to being a general food container that can house the actual fruits/veggies that DO off-gas rather than trying to protect a few inside this box?
- What were the best learnings?
- I realized in talking to a student from India that maybe there is a more commercial version of this product that could preserve produce and other foods longer while in transport between long distances in countries that do not have as robust transportation and supply chain systems?
- What should you implement as you ITERATE?
- Think about commercial applications and also more generalized use as a container
- What about how restaurants might use this container in their fridges?
- Are there other ways to use this product to isolate certain foods within a fridge?
- Could this product be built-in to a refrigerator for additional uses?
- Same day delivery of fruits/produce — think about farms trying to keep food fresh while providing rapid delivery to restaurant customers
