Joseph:

One of Joseph’s biggest concerns is the amount of time he has. Because he recently got a new job as a Financial Services Analyst, he often times works longer than the usual 8 hours a day. He, like many other businessmen in the United States, wants as much time as possible on his hands. Joseph is often times discouraged from going to popular fast-food restaurants because the wait often takes too long, especially on his lunch break. Joseph needs a faster, more efficient way to get his meals without the frustration and time loss associated with long lines.

Demetrius:

Demetrius, a veteran NFL player, wants a quicker and more efficient way to get his meals because of his busy schedule of training daily, traveling often for games, and appointments (for both media and personal reasons). His physical exhaustion from playing and workouts makes waiting in lines frustrating for him. Because Demetrius takes his recovery and rest times very seriously, he dislikes going to popular fast food restaurants as it disrupts his routine. Not to mention, when waiting in line, he may get recognized, wasting additional time for him as he is now pressured to give an autograph or take a selfie with the fan.

Yusuf:

Yusuf needs a convenient and time-saving way to get his meals because of his tight schedule. As he is currently in the college application process, he is balancing school homework extracurricular activities, a part-time job at McDonalds, and applications at the same time. Waiting even just 15 extra minutes at a fast-food restaurant causes time to be cut from his sleep. As someone pursuing a communications career, he values the important of efficiency and productivity in his life. Long lines throw off the rhythm to his daily routine, and adds unnecessary stress on top of that.
