Key Findings from the Interview
Is currently happy with her shopping habits. She purchases about once every 3-4 weeks, but will go on splurges every once in a while or just browse for fun. She mostly buys clothes, particularly from Zara or Gap or Amazon (for accessories/basics)
She does have some goals for the new year: wants to spend less b/c all of her purchases have added up to an amount she is not comfortable with. Because she mostly shops online, she thinks that the reason she is spending more is because she is not in person and able to see the physical price tag/think about what she is spending.
Her biggest qualms about online shopping are the hassle of returns and the poor quality of fabrics she encounters. Especially with winter clothes, she has found that it is hard to determine the fabric before you buy online, and once you get it, you find it falling apart due to its synthetic/poor quality. She really likes cotton and silk and will seek those out, but again she has found it difficult to determine fabric with certainty while shopping online.
