Description
The new building extension (Phase 2) adds about 28,000 SF of closed, open, meeting socializing student spaces at Levels 1 to 3 and a flat roof for access seating and plants in lieu of the standing seam roof.
Level 1 exterior walls maintain the stone veneer and arch theme with a two level curtain wall bridge providing a connection between the existing and new buildings while levels 2 and 3 exterior walls are mostly curtain wall between the stone veneer at Level 1 and the roof parapet.
Design options include a one level bridge connection in lieu of a two level bridge and Level 1 right, left and rear sides wrapped in curtain-wall in lieu of stone veneer.
