“Who exactly are we catering to? Which age bracket, socioeconomic group, mostly locals or fly-in fly-out workers?”

Is this living system for early adopters? Or are we catering for the majority?

Things to Include

1. Address the need for assisted living, and a rapidly aging population.
1. will they have their own living precinct?
2. will they be integrated with the general population?
