Traditional Tracy needs to find a sustainable product with the same fundamental attributes and quality as the branded ones she currently uses because she relies on the branded corporation products’ reputation as well as her own personal history with those products too much to switch.

Selfish Sally needs to augment her understanding of her role in society’s movement towards sustainability because she believes in the broad scope of mega-corporations, her small purchases which bring her joy cannot cause significant harm.

Dumb Dolly needs to be exposed to more research regarding sustainable practices because she believes in several misconceptions, such as that recycled products are of lower quality or that sorting trash is redundant and therefore pointless.

Passionate Polly needs to find a sustainable product that can go viral or even a platform on which to discuss her findings because she wishes to spread sustainable practices to those around her.
