Project 2 - Mini Proposal
💡
Create a mini-proposal with work plan.
  • Mini-Proposal:
    • Describe what you want to design and the context (who, where, when, why & how). Include (a) a sentence about your team’s personal connection to this context, (b) the sustainability element, and (c) a project code-name. <100 words.
    • Example:

We love playing games. And we are committed to sustainability lifestyles. Our team will design a sustainability gamification teaching & research laboratory in XYZ at Stanford University for students interested in learning & developing product designs that emphasize UX-motivated playability in sustainability human-behavior & human-mindset change. Our team is interested in applying positive psychology with AI machine learning & personal sensor technologies to design frameworks & solutions for clinical & real-world applications in education, healthcare & community well-being, among others. This is PROJECT PINBALL WIZARD.

  • Work Plan:
    • Project Management Practice - Make a table of action items, deliverables, start & completion dates, & who will have primary responsibility for driving & delivering. The header action items should include each of the design thinking components in our process; list specific tasks as sub-items.

Mini Proposal (<100 Words)

  • As competitive athletes, we love using sports facilities. We hope to foster community building through swimming, catering to both recreational and competitive athletes. We aim to design a well-maintained cool indoor swimming pool by enhancing the quality, accessibility, and sustainability by adding solar panel features, plants, and a bacteria-killing pool. Featuring lounges, entertainment facilities, and restaurants, our design is an all-inclusive experience. By improving indoor swimming pools, we aim to create a more enjoyable, safe, and inclusive environment for all ages and skill levels. Project AquaDome reflects our commitment to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle through swimming.
