Target group: High School Dorm Students at Stanford Summer Session, preferably those who use the kitchenettes often.

Questions:

  1. What dorm are you part of?
  2. How often do you use the kitchenettes to make food? (Less than weekly, weekly, multiple times a week)
  3. How comfortable are you when using the kitchenette? (Scale 1-10, 1 not at all, 10 perfectly comfortable)
  4. How would you rate the amount of space available for cooking and cleaning? (Scale 1-10, 1 none at all, 10 very roomy)
  5. How would you rate the kitchenette’s general cleanliness? (Scale 1-10, 1 extremely gross, 10 pristine)
  6. How much of a problem are dishes? (Scale 1-10, 1 none at all, 10 a true menace!)
  7. How much of a problem are insects? (Scale 1-10, 1 none at all, 10 a true menace!)
  8. Do you have any comments on additional problems or areas that are currently working well? (Open)
