- What do you think about sustainability in Energy Sector?
He thinks the energy sector has been in the last few years shifting toward being more sustainable. For instance, companies are searching for sustainable energy that includes renewable energy sources. However, this shift is somewhat challenging.
- Why are you describing the shift as “Challenging”?
He believes that not all areas around the world are ready for such a shift. For instance, solar and win energies which are the most common as renewable energy do not provide the most efficient energy. They are more expensive than normal energy sources and in certain areas people are already struggling to provide the costs for the cheaper but more polluting energy sources.
- Are there any challenges you believe that are stopping this shift?
People do believe and now that there are renewable energy sources. However, some people just do not care. For instance, there is a huge lack of awareness about the emissions released by the normal energy sources such as fossil fuels. However, businessmen only care about profits rather than the environment and with the lack of regulations to enforce that. Corporations wont sacrifice their profits to help the environment
