- Bringing a bag to put the trash on is not an intentional movement, uses the cooler brought or find a way to carry the trash to the nearest trash can
- Added another infrastructure problem point of view that is that beaches that are desert (low populated beaches) don’t even have a trash to dispose
- When there is a trash near the beach, there aren’t recycling bins
