One of the pieces of feedback I received that resonated a lot with me was when someone referenced my prototype box as a “cakebox” and how annoying it is to have a cake in your fridge, let alone a contraption the same size that is dedicated to lettuce~! That got me thinking more about slimmer designs and I happened to have a decent prototype box replacement on hand that reflected the profile of a head of romaine. Not to mention it was less obviously a used Amazon box. I used this for my Round 2 Tests. I don’t think the box ultimately made that much of a difference, but to me it felt like it was less distracting to the individuals testing since it wasn’t as obviously a brown paper box — it seemed to lead to more feedback directly related to the concept and the contents inside (the vacuum sealing device, the bag itself).
